Mixed material felt made from synthetic fibers and wool fibers processed with needle punched technology. The mixed fluffy fiber is punched by millions of needles to achieve to a desired thickness and density. Then the felt will be processed in a high temperature to make a smooth surface. The difference between the pressed felt with the needle punched felt is that the fibers of pressed felt lay horizontally, but the fibers of needle punched felt lay vertically.

The mixed material felt could be used as materials of polishing, insulating, packing, and shockproof, dustproof, decoration, and gasket ect.
